Position Summary: We are seeking a Financial Controller to ensure accurate accounting, supervise closings, prepare reports, and support strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic support in decision-making and financial planning We are currently looking for 1 **Financial Controller** for our San Isidro office: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum of **5 to 8 years** of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing roles. * Prior experience holding positions such as **Head of Accounting**, **Senior Financial Analyst**, or **Auditor**. * Previous experience in **financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and accounting closing**. * **Preferred**: Master’s degree or MBA with specialization in Finance or Management Control. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure accurate accounting of all transactions. * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and legal regulations. * Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. * Prepare **results reports**, **balance sheets**, **cash flow statements**, and **income statements**. * Present clear and accurate information to management and shareholders. * Design, execute, and monitor the **annual budget**. * Analyze **variances** between budgeted and actual figures. * Propose corrective actions and resource optimization measures. * Evaluate the profitability of projects and investments. * Support strategic decision-making based on financial data. * Participate in medium- and long-term financial planning. * Other related duties Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you have experience as a Financial Analyst in real estate or financial services companies?
