Comprehensive management of materials and equipment on site Properly manage, control, and safeguard construction materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring correct storage, recordkeeping, and distribution—thereby contributing to efficient schedule adherence and preventing losses, deterioration, or shortages. Guarantee orderly arrangement and timely availability of resources required for on-site activities. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: \* Technician in Logistics, Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields. \* Minimum 1 year of experience as a site storekeeper in construction projects. \* Experience in multifamily building projects (desirable). \* Inventory control (stock cards). \* Handling of construction materials. \* Basic ability to read delivery notes and invoices. \* Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). \* ERP system proficiency (desirable, e.g., S10\). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive, inspect, and register incoming materials, tools, and equipment on site \* Monitor warehouse stock levels, ensuring proper material rotation and availability. \* Issue materials to site personnel upon authorized request. \* Maintain documentary control (delivery notes, invoices, incoming/outgoing notes). \* Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and properly labeled. \* Report shortages, surpluses, or damaged materials. \* Coordinate with logistics for timely supply replenishment. \* Support periodic inventories (weekly or monthly). \* Monitor appropriate use of assigned tools and equipment. \* Register incoming items in S10 systems. \* Other duties related to the position.
