A prestigious service company requires hiring an Accounting Assistant **REQUIREMENTS** Professional Education: Degree or bachelor's in accounting Specialization or Postgraduate: Training studies in accounting, taxation, and cost management Software Proficiency: Intermediate MS Excel and Accounting software (Siigo Empresarial), not essential Minimum two years of experience performing the following duties in industrial, mining, or similar companies: \- Record in the system all transactions carried out by the company according to accounting and tax regulations, in order to maintain economic control. \- Analyze the accounts that make up the financial statements, establishing a reasonable breakdown thereof, in order to support the figures of the financial statements located in management. \- Perform account reconciliations with third-party reports to maintain internal control and support for records. \- Establish the main and auxiliary ledgers under the company's responsibility to comply with legal and tax requirements. \- Participate in cash counts and other internal control actions to verify that inventory matches what is recorded in the books. \- Submit electronic ledgers, monthly SIRE reports, and others, to meet the requirements of these entities and avoid contingencies directly affecting the company. \- Deliver monthly annexes of the accounts under their responsibility, including results from cross-referencing information among Holding companies. \- Prepare withholding vouchers, deductions, and documents ensuring compliance with all tax requirements for registration.
