Currently, we are seeking a TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT to join our team and contribute expertise and energy to our projects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 1 year of experience in development, training, or corporate culture. 2 years of general work experience. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office. Proficiency in LMS, survey tools, learning methodologies, and AI applications. Intermediate to advanced English language skills (desirable).
