We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** for our **Crespo Mine**, located in **Chumbivilca - Cusco**. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in similar positions is desirable. * Availability to work at the mine located in Chumbivilca. * Availability to work under a 20x10 mining shift schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Inspect areas, ensuring cleanliness of the work environment. * Prepare rice, side dishes, and soups according to menu schedules. * Verify the condition and preservation status of food prior to preparation. * Select provisions for cooking. * Serve meals to diners. * Distribute dry goods arriving in dispatch and refrigeration areas. * Record food temperatures to monitor cooking start and end times. * Check, review, and request raw materials if inventory cycles are incorrect. * Coordinate regularly with the Head Cook regarding assigned tasks. * Identify and report unsafe working conditions, practices, incidents, or accidents. * Disinfect kitchen utensils. * Participate in weekly and monthly provisioning unloading when required. * Request equipment maintenance according to the checklist. * Conduct an inventory of work tools and supplies at every shift change. * Comply with written safe work procedures (SWPs) applicable to the work area. * Follow all rules, regulations, policies, and instructions related to immediate reporting of incidents or accidents to the HSE team, including trainings, drills, and simulations associated with the company's Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ensuring full compliance within the organization. * Perform any other duties or operational needs related to the role as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
