We are currently seeking a qualified professional for the position of LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT, who meets the following requirements: **Requirements:** \- Technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Two years of experience in the Logistics area as an assistant within the **INDUSTRIAL, METALMECHANICAL, CONSTRUCTION, and MINING** sectors. \- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment/materials. \- Knowledge and experience in all logistic processes and warehouse management. \- Mandatory certified proficiency in Office software. \- Immediate availability. \- Preferably residing in Ate or nearby areas. FUNCTIONS: \* Assist, coordinate, consult, and report timely on the execution and progress of assigned tasks. \* Attend to requests from user departments according to the distribution established by the Logistics Coordinator. \* Monitor inventory levels, issued purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery fulfillment. \* Maintain communication with various functional department supervisors to identify their material needs and urgencies. \* Coordinate with the warehouse supervisor regarding shipping priorities, dispatch, transportation availability, etc. \* Continuously coordinate with the Treasury department regarding supplier payment prioritization.
