Job Opening – Mechanical Supervisor on Site **BISAB Fabricaciones y Montajes** is looking for talented individuals to join our mining projects in the position of: Mechanical Supervisor on Site Functions and Responsibilities: * Monitor project progress according to schedule and daily activity planning. * Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports. * Prepare valuations, additional charges, and deductions. * Maintain and safeguard required documents at the site during execution (drawings, records, technical notes, specifications, communications, etc.), ensuring necessary permits are obtained. * Ensure proper planning of activities, timelines, materials, and equipment for project execution. * Review drawings, measurements, materials, supplies, and project resources. * Conduct site inspections, identify observations, and propose solutions to ensure work quality. * Fulfill other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, inherent to the position. Requirements: * **Education:** Licensed and registered Mechanical Engineer. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in projects, construction, or works within the industrial and/or mining sector. * **Language:** Basic level of English. * **Knowledge:** * Ability to read architectural, electrical, and sanitary drawings and measurements. * Budgeting and construction management (desirable). Sector: Industrial – Mining Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.4,000.00 - S/.6,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
