At We Manage we are looking for a **Mineral Settlement Analyst** for our Mine located in Pachaconas, Apurimac. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics. * Advanced Excel **(required).** * Proficiency with commercial and accounting management software. * Experience in buying/selling gold and polymetallic minerals and/or in a mining company. **(Minimum 1 year)** * Experience in settlements, purchasing, and sales of minerals. * Ability to coordinate operational and commercial activities. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with mining producers. * Knowledge of: * Legal mining traceability: handling documentation such as concession titles, operating licenses, and environmental permits. * Verification of mining formalities: ensuring compliance with regulations from the Ministry of Energy and Mines. * Identification and valuation of precious metals according to LBMA market prices. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare provisional mineral settlements, determining lot values by applying international reference prices and considering premiums or penalties based on content analysis. * Manage purchase and sale contracts, defining commercial terms, payment clauses, penalties, and premiums. * Coordinate weighing and mineral analysis, supervising gross/net weighing and arranging assays to determine the metallic content of each batch. **Position conditions:** * **Work schedule**: 20 working days followed by 10 days off. * **Modality**: On-site, under mining regime. * **Work location**: Pachaconas - Mine Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application questions: * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience in minerals?
