Underground Mining Operations Supervisor - MIRAFLORES **Position Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize daily mine operations, ensuring production, safety, and efficiency goals are met, as well as the proper use of resources and continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Degree in **Mining Engineering** or related fields. * **Over 5 years** of experience supervising underground mining operations. * Proficient in **Microsoft Office**, **AutoCAD (intermediate level)**, and **Datamine**. * Desired experience in **mining plans, technical drawings, and technical documentation**. * Knowledge in interpreting and managing production indicators. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise extraction, loading, hauling, and charging activities at the mine. * Monitor production, efficiency, and safety indicators, reporting results to management. * Prepare and present daily and weekly reports on production, incidents, and deviations. * Efficiently manage human and material resources.
