




Our company, Compañía Minera Antapaccay, is looking for the best talent to fill the position of: Organizational Development Supervisor Antapaccay is a copper mining operation belonging to Glencore Group since 2013. We began operations in November 2012, after several years of investment in exploration aimed at extending the life of the Tintaya mine. The mining settlement is located in the province of Espinar, Cusco region, at 4,100 meters above sea level. This operation allows us to continue contributing to the sustainable development of the province of Espinar, as we not only promote the creation of direct and indirect jobs and stimulate the local economy through purchases from local businesses, but also invest in social projects targeted at communities within our area of influence. Requirements **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. Specialization in Human Resources (Desirable). Minimum of 5 years of experience coordinating organizational strategies that drive cultural strengthening, training, and talent development. Experience in coordinating and executing Strategic Programs such as Recognition, Climate, Succession Planning, and Learning (Training and development). **Technical Knowledge:** Experience in Talent Management and Human Resources Development processes. Experience in planning and conducting Work Climate assessments. Knowledge of performance management and monitoring, and training & learning tools. Budget and resource administration. Strategic planning. Knowledge of personnel selection techniques, training, and organizational development (Desirable). Languages: Advanced English. Computer skills: Intermediate to advanced Office, Power BI – Basic. Driver's License: AIIA, desirable.
