




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing procurement and supply processes, coordinating with suppliers, and providing operational and commercial support to the General Management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive procurement and supply management. 2. Strategic coordination with suppliers. 3. Operational and commercial support to the General Management. • Manage procurement and supply processes, including sales analysis for stock replenishment, coordinating purchase terms, delivery timelines with suppliers, and seeking General Management approval for product acquisition. • Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely product receipt, scheduling delivery dates and times, evaluating suppliers, and fostering long-term strategic relationships. • Provide operational and commercial support to the General Management, tracking credit notes, monitoring procurement, warehouse, and dispatch operations, and ensuring accurate information flow among relevant departments. • Technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. • Experience in similar roles within procurement, logistics, or supply departments. • Preferably experience in agro-industrial, transportation, or mining companies. • Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. • Willingness to work on-site in La Molina. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 2 years of experience Driver's License: A-I Keywords: resident, officer, supervisor, assistant manager, responsible, coordinator, manager, captain, shopping, purchases, orders, acquisition, procurement
