Analyze and evaluate lifting equipment to ensure proper functionality. Coordinate with loading and unloading teams to optimize processes. Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of lifting equipment. Develop lifting plans for cranes together with the crane operator. Other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor · Requirements 1–2 years of prior experience handling lifting and loading equipment or in similar positions. Knowledge of industrial safety standards, safety regulations for crane and heavy machinery traffic, defensive operation of heavy machinery, and cargo lifting procedures. Relevant licenses and certifications in lifting and loading. Competencies Ability to work effectively in a team and solve technical problems. Sound decision-making under pressure.
