Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently recruiting a **Senior Structural Designer** to join our Minerals & Metals business line for the Zafranal Project (Lima) **Requirements:** * Technical drafter or Engineer with specialization in Structures discipline. * Minimum of 10 years of proven work experience in mining projects within engineering consulting firms. * Experience in development of feasibility and detailed engineering projects. * Proven experience using software such as Smart Plant 3D (mandatory), AutoCAD, and Office. * Experience in structural design of concrete and steel structures, development of foundation layout and reinforcement drawings, pre-design of mine service area architectural layouts, 3D modeling, and preparation of deliverable drawings for studies and detailed engineering. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and review **project structural drawings and models.** * Carry out **structural design**, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * Understand, apply, and maintain consistent design standards on projects by adhering to Ausenco’s design standards. * Maintain effective communication with project engineers and designers to ensure alignment and progress of activities. * Demonstrate initiative to carry out repetitive tasks autonomously and use judgment to determine methods for assigned tasks. * Make design suggestions and make routine decisions within defined procedures, while understanding when to seek assistance if guidelines are unclear. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
