Functions: * Review documents, perform physical receipt and storage of materials, spare parts, and equipment in the warehouse. * Provide raw materials, supplies, and spare parts to user departments, both virtually and physically. * Follow controls according to company procedures, OEA and quality controls. * Execute picking and dispatch of finished products. * Conduct periodic physical inventory of assigned materials and keep inventory/ledger records updated. * Carry out material inventories and maintain updated inventory/ledger records. * Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Requirements: * Technical degree or undergraduate studies in Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP and Excel. * Experience in receiving, organizing, and storing materials, as well as in loading and dispatching. * Knowledge of inventory control. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.
