**INVENTIVA GRUPO INMOBILIARIO**, a company dedicated to real estate development and parking lots with more than 19 years of experience in the market, is looking for personnel for the position of **Graphic Designer \- Social Media in the Real Estate Sector.** **GRAPHIC DESIGNER \- SOCIAL MEDIA** **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Graphic Design or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of the ADOBE suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, etc). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles (Graphic Designer and/or Social Media). * Experience in the real estate sector (desirable). * Creative with strong writing skills. * Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. * Photography knowledge is desirable. * Desired skills in WordPress, web design, web implementation, user interface design, user experience design, CMS management, CSS, HTML5\. **Responsibilities:** * Propose and design graphic materials for digital and offline media for assigned projects. * Create visual and audiovisual content, including printed, digital, and advertising materials for the various projects managed by the real estate company. * Produce POP materials, merchandising, and other assets that reinforce brand presence. * Propose and design the advertising grid for different social media platforms. * Create and develop content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others). * Propose graphic lines, formats, and styles according to the company's profile based on management requirements. * Maintain and update digital information on the company's website and social media platforms. * Support analysis of web traffic data (Google Analytics) and email marketing campaigns. * Assist in the production of photographs and videos for content development on social media and the website. * Analyze, propose, and implement improvements for related areas and company programs. * Other duties related to the position.
