What will you do as a Sales Executive at OKA? * Actively promote and sell our financial products and solutions in-store. * Provide clear and accurate information about features, benefits, customer service channels, payment methods, as well as terms and conditions. * Accompany and support customers throughout the entire sales process: from application to disbursement at the cash register. * Ensure compliance with the end-to-end sales process, including identity verification. * Maintain records of sales, appointment follow-ups, and scheduled calls. * Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Provide daily feedback on incidents and/or customer requirements. * Stay trained on policies, promotions, and participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills.
