Requirements: \- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Marketing Assistant in the fashion, lingerie, women's products sector. \- Graduate with a technical or university degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. \- Experience in in-person and digital campaigns. \- Strong organizational and time management skills, along with dynamism, proactiveness, responsibility, positive attitude, and results-oriented mindset to handle multiple tasks. \- Availability to work full-time. \- Must reside in areas adjacent to San Juan de Lurigancho. \- Knowledge of Community Management. \- Experience in publishing and managing social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Instagram) and content creation. \- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, video editing software, and web design tools / WordPress (Intermediate level). \- Knowledge of digital camera usage. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Manage the design, execution, and monitoring of brand strategy development. \- Create and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns. \- Develop visual style guides and layout posts for website and social media advertisements. \- Create digital posts and graphic materials for publication on the company website. \- Plan, execute, and monitor the monthly content publication schedule. \- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media. \- Manage and update the company's social media accounts, including content creation and interaction with followers. \- Take and create photographs for product images across sales channels. \- Create and edit videos for reels and social media stories. \- Develop social media content calendars. \- Prepare performance reports on advertising metrics across all media channels. \- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance brand positioning. \- Ensure all produced communication materials align with brand identity and the concept of each campaign. \- Respond promptly to messages on social media, ensuring effective communication.
