




**Food and beverage distribution company, among others, is looking for a Multichannel Commercial Manager:** The candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and executing the organization's commercial strategies, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives across different channels: modern channel, Horeca channel, and retail stores. This role requires comprehensive management, including coordination with channel managers, direct sales staff, and various internal departments, guaranteeing an efficient, flexible commercial operation aligned with the General Management’s vision. **Responsibilities:** * In charge of Commercial and Multichannel Management (modern, Horeca, and retail stores). * Identify growth opportunities, propose corrective actions, develop and implement commercial strategies and promotions according to corporate goals. * Monitor sales performance by channel, region, product lines, and sales representatives. * Maintain fluid communication and collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure proper execution of commercial processes. * Coordinate supply requirements, billing processes, payments, accounting closures, and staffing needs within the sales department. * Conduct commercial visits and strengthen strategic business relationships (wholesale markets, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, points of sale, etc.) * Coordinate marketing strategies and monitor their implementation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales and/or commercial areas, managing multiple channels (modern channel, Horeca channel, and retail store sales). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles (supervisory, assistant management, or managerial positions) leading sales teams. * Essential experience in the food industry or related sectors (food industry, retail, hospitality, etc.). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiarity with sales analysis tools. * Knowledge of management, planning, commercial strategy, multichannel sales, and sales team management. **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm * Work mode: 100% on-site (main office in Surco) * Direct hire with full legal benefits It is mandatory to attach your updated CV including contact information and salary expectations, or send it to: **psicologa.gn@gmail.com** with the subject line **GCOM\-MULTICANAL** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.10,000\.00 \- S/.15,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in the food, retail, and Horeca sectors?
