**Audiovisual Intern – Real Estate Company (Huaral)** **Position Description:** We are looking for a creative and proactive audiovisual intern to join our marketing team at a real estate company dedicated to selling lots in Huaral. The selected candidate will participate in the production of visual content that reflects our projects, clients, and lifestyle, contributing to strengthening our digital and commercial presence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in planning, recording, and editing promotional videos, testimonials, and social media content. * Conduct photographic and video shoots of real estate projects. * Collaborate in creating audiovisual materials for advertising campaigns and presentations. * Support digital content management and maintenance of the company's audiovisual archive. * Participate in event coverage and brand activations. **Requirements:** * Student or graduate in Audiovisual Communication, Audiovisual Production, Communications, or related fields. * Knowledge of photography, video, lighting, and sound. * Basic proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar). * Creativity, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Mode: Onsite in Los Olivos. * Official payroll from day one. * Excellent work environment and opportunities for professional development in the real estate sector.
