Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implement the RCP communication plan at all levels for network and headquarters teams. * Monitor the impact of the communication plan, as well as committed actions, ensuring achievement of objectives. * Collaborate with various units involved in the RCP plan to resolve blockers and alerts that jeopardize defined timelines or objectives. * Propose improvements and synergies in RCP plan planning and monitoring activities. * Monitor expenditure and investment related to the RCP plan, actively coordinating with involved units to ensure efficient use of allocated resources. * Manage relevant RCP plan information to identify opportunities and key areas of work. * Perform other duties assigned by leadership and drive continuous improvement of the role. REQUIREMENTS: * University degree in Communications or Marketing. * Experience in advertising, media, or agencies. A retail, financial, or mass-consumer marketing perspective is preferred over purely corporate marketing. * Expert-level proficiency in audiovisual editing and creation tools (Adobe, Canva) and experience using Artificial Intelligence for script generation and video production. * Communication skills at all levels, creativity, empathy, and horizontal leadership. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
