On behalf of our client, Pía Copello Store, we are looking for a passionate Home Design Sales Associate for our locations at CENTRO COMERCIAL CAMACHO (SURCO) AND REAL PLAZA DE PURUCHUCO (ATE), with a warm and proactive attitude, who desires to provide each customer with a unique, close, and memorable shopping experience. **Job Mission** You will be the face of our brand, connecting with customers through empathy and product knowledge, driving sales and conveying the emotional purpose behind every Pía Home piece. **Main Responsibilities** Provide kind and service-oriented customer attention, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Offer personalized advice with in-depth knowledge of our home products (decor, organization, textiles, etc.). Maintain store order, cleanliness, and visual presentation according to brand standards. Support product restocking, inventory control, and stockout alerts. Participate in activations, product launches, and commercial campaigns. Accurately record sales, issue receipts, and manage the system efficiently. Collect customer feedback and share improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the team on operational and sales tasks. Ensure proper execution of promotions, events, and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team. **Requirements** Availability to work full-time (9 hours daily including break, weekends and holidays). Dynamic, empathetic profile with excellent communication skills. Desirable experience in retail sales and customer service. Studies in Administration, Education, Communications, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields (students, graduates, or incomplete studies accepted).
