Work in data analysis and reporting for decision-making. **KBR INGENIEROS SA**, an industrial sector company, is currently seeking a **Sales Analyst** to join our team. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Analyze and monitor sales performance, prepare reports and KPIs, and manage information using **Power BI, Excel, and SAP**, delivering timely insights to support decision-making by supervisors and management. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare sales department reports and product-level sales KPIs. * Collect and consolidate information provided by responsible personnel across various customer portfolios. * Develop dashboards and reports in **Power BI**, aligned with departmental needs. * Analyze market trends, product and sector behavior, and related opportunities. * Conduct profitability analysis by customer, product, and/or sector. * Prepare sales performance presentations for supervisors and management, highlighting key findings. * Generate alerts regarding deviations from sales forecasts and targets, as well as stock expiration dates. * Support the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets. * Manage and process information and reports originating from **SAP**. * Provide backup support for billing functions in the absence of the designated staff member. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by supervision. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher education degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum of **one (1) year of experience in similar positions**. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**. * Proficiency in **Power BI**, including dashboard development experience. * Familiarity with **SAP**. * English language skills (desirable). * Strong analytical and communication abilities. **COMPETENCIES** * Analytical ability. * Effective communication. * Organization and orderliness. * Punctuality. * Discretion and appropriate handling of confidential information. * Adaptability to change and flexibility.
