Scheduling and in-person guidance of prospective clients A prominent real estate company, **Capital Estate**, is actively seeking a **Real Estate Sales Executive** focused on the placement and closing of beachfront land plots located in **Chincha and Paracas.** The ideal candidate must combine traditional sales closing skills with excellent immediate digital customer service capabilities and live content creation. **Main Responsibilities** * Immediate management and response to leads and inquiries generated through our official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok). * Planning and execution of live broadcasts (Lives) to showcase project benefits, progress updates, and promotions for the beachfront development and residential land plots. * Accurate registration and meticulous tracking of the sales funnel using the company's CRM platform. * Scheduling and in-person guidance of prospective clients to the project sites in Chincha Baja and Paracas. * Preparation of basic commercial reports using Microsoft Office tools. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technical or university degree in progress or completed (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields). * 1 year of verifiable experience in direct sales or telemarketing positions. * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools (Word and Excel). * Experience interacting with CRM tools and mass digital communication platforms. **Benefits:** * Employment under the MYPE payroll regime. * Compensation package comprising Base Salary \+ Uncapped Tiered Commissions \+ Performance Bonuses.
