**Store Administrator \- Plaza Lima Sur** **Job Title:** Store Administrator \- Women's Underwear LILIPINK **Job Objective:** Manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, optimizing sales and profitability. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards. * Manage and train sales staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. * Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and team performance reports to make informed decisions. * Execute sales and marketing strategies, including promotions and special events in coordination with the Brand Supervisor. * Ensure proper inventory management by placing orders and monitoring merchandise receipt. * Maintain the store’s visual presentation in accordance with brand guidelines. * Handle customer service, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage petty cash budget and control expenses to maximize profitability, reporting within the required timeframe. * Responsible for sending daily sales reports to Accounting. * Responsible for making sales deposits. **Requirements:** * Previous experience in store management or retail, preferably in fashion or related industries. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Solid knowledge of sales and merchandising techniques. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends. **We Offer:** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. * Salary: Base S/1,325 \+ Sales Commissions (1% to 1\.8%) * Statutory benefits (CTS, Bonus, Vacation, Social Insurance, Life Insurance, Family Allowance). * Corporate discounts at the store. * Excellent work environment.
