




SALE OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES FOR SPANISH-SPEAKING CUSTOMERS. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist and advise potential customers interested in the company's products and services, providing detailed information about their features, advantages, and benefits. * Achieve effective sales and meet the sales targets set by the company, using appropriate sales and persuasion techniques for each case. * Record and update customer information in the company's systems, ensuring that data is complete and up to date. * Resolve any questions or issues that may arise during service contracting or usage, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. To perform this role, it is necessary to have skills such as effective communication, persuasion, and empathy to understand customer needs. Additionally, prior work experience in sales or customer service is required, along with a basic knowledge of telecommunications products and services. Candidates are generally expected to have completed secondary education, although a university degree in fields such as marketing, business, or telecommunications may be an advantage.
