Especializa wishes to incorporate Cleaning Supervisors into its great team. REQUIRED PROFILE: 1\. Professionals or technicians in Administration, Engineering, Hospitality, or related fields. 2\. Experience in administrative functions (reports, attendance control, work schedules, KPIs, OSH). 3\. Experience in service companies (desirable). 4\. Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. 5\. Leadership skills for staff support and supervision. 5\. Availability to conduct visits and supervision at client sites. 6\. Immediate availability (mandatory). RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Preparation of weekly executive reports for the client, PowerPoint presentations, work schedule control, SCTR submission, and forwarding employee medical leaves to the HR department. 2\. Supervision and management of assigned personnel (Supervisory team and Cleaning and Maintenance Operators). 3\. Visit clients to strengthen engagement and maintain continuous proximity. 4\. Communicate and offer clients all available services (cleaning, facility management). 5\. Coordinate and ensure timely supply of materials, uniforms, and PPE for assigned accounts. 6\. Conduct unannounced visits to client branches to verify service quality. 7\. Channel staffing requests to the Human Resources and General Services departments according to client needs. 8\. Control and validate mobility payroll sheets. 9\. Coordinate data collection for preparing service proposals for new clients. 10\. Develop, analyze, and present operational and service indicators. 11\. Maintain a work environment focused on achieving organizational goals and objectives. 12\. Address client complaints, observations, and requests as required, regardless of working hours. 13\. Conduct semi-annual performance evaluations for supervised personnel. 14\.
