





At Grupo Transmeridian, we are looking for a professional to join our Antares Logistics team who meets the following requirements: **Education:** * University or technical professional, graduate or final-year student. **Experience:** * Desired 2 years of experience in customer service or sales area. **Knowledge:** * Intermediate level of English language. * Knowledge of Foreign Trade. **Skills and competencies:** * Goal-oriented. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Customer service orientation. * Teamwork. * Punctuality. **Main functions:** * Contribute to sales within the commercial area for the refrigerated/perishable cargo logistics and forwarding unit via maritime transport, by acquiring new customers and maintaining assigned existing customers. * Focus on acquiring clients in the agro-industrial sector for export and import. * Enter commercial opportunities and generated business into the CRM system. * Weekly reporting of sales closures using the commercial format. * Provide continuous customer support, prepare, record, and send quotations. * Conduct a minimum of 12 commercial visits per week (virtual or in-person). * Keep commercial agreements updated in the system, either directly or through Sales Support. * Perform statistical analysis of customers and prepare reports for meetings. * Achieve sales targets assigned by supervisors and commercial management. * Meet the budget assigned by supervisors and commercial management. * Assume company policies responsibly and with commitment.
