Job Summary: A leading uniform manufacturing company seeks a Driver for the efficient transportation and distribution of materials and products, ensuring verification and safeguarding at every stage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vehicle mechanical condition verification and transfer documentation. 2. Transportation and distribution of materials to suppliers and customers. 3. Logbook control, cargo maintenance, and safety, as well as personnel safety. A company dedicated to the manufacturing and sale of work uniforms, with over 28 years in the market and a leader in its sector, wishes to fill the DRIVER position. RESPONSIBILITIES Verify vehicle mechanical conditions prior to operation. Ensure that the products loaded onto the vehicle match the transfer documents. Transport and/or distribute materials to service providers (outsourcing of garment production processes). Verify and load materials (accessories and cut pieces) onto the transport vehicle. Verify delivery documentation (Work Order vs. Delivery Note) before transportation. Deliver materials to the destination (Supplier). Report all observations from the Supplier. Transport and/or collect products from material suppliers. Verify and load purchased materials onto the transport vehicle. Verify delivery documentation (Invoice / Delivery Note) before transportation. Transport and/or collect goods from service providers (outsourcing of garment production processes). Verify and load goods onto the transport vehicle. Verify delivery documentation (Delivery Note) before transportation. Report all observations from the Supplier. Transport and/or distribute products to customers according to service or delivery schedules. Verify and load goods onto the transport vehicle. Verify delivery documentation (Purchase Order vs. Delivery Note) before transportation. Account for delivered goods at the destination (Customer). Safeguard documentation supporting the transportation of materials or products. Ensure the safety and security of transported products, equipment, and/or materials. Ensure the physical safety and security of persons being transported. Maintain the daily logbook for the assigned vehicle and report any detected faults or breakdowns. Track vehicle components and spare parts used. Maintain records of documents supporting vehicle operation and/or circulation authorization (SOAT, Technical Inspection, etc.). Request scheduling of preventive maintenance.
