This is your opportunity to join our team and lead high-impact telecommunications projects! **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Coordinate building access for the implementation of vertical FTTH projects. * Assign the daily work plan to the field access manager. * Monitor and update the work assignment pool. * Provide progress reports and status updates to client CLARO. * Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Design, Legal, and Civil Works) and involved contractors. * Ensure obtaining necessary permits and site access for project execution. * Analyze statistics, projections, and progress results. * Make effective decisions according to escalation levels. * Guarantee customer satisfaction and project feasibility. * Maintain efficient and up-to-date control of the assignment pool. **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience coordinating FTTH implementation works (preferably with CLARO). * Knowledge in access management, field coordination, and contractor management. * Ability to lead, plan, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and commitment to quality.
