





We are looking for a **Logistics & Ecommerce Assistant** to support daily operations, catalog management, and coordination with our warehouses. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive individual capable of working with international teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Fluent English (100%) for calls, meetings, and written communication with international teams. * Ecommerce experience with Shopify: product uploads, inventory updates, and basic store management. * Accuracy and speed in data entry for order and inventory management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets: formulas, reports, and Google Workspace tools. * Coordination skills: managing calls, schedules, emails, and follow-ups across teams. * Organized, reliable individual able to work independently and meet deadlines. * Familiarity with AI tools: ability to use them for content creation, task automation, and workflow optimization. **Desirable (not mandatory):** * Interest or prior experience in export processes or export-oriented companies. * Familiarity with shipment coordination and warehouse operations support, as the role will occasionally require assistance with international exports. Knowledge or experience in **Amazon (FBA, Seller Central, product and shipment management)**.
