We are seeking a professional for the Supply Chain Manager (SCM) position to join our team and be responsible for the efficient management of procurement and supply processes in medium- and large-scale projects. The professional will lead the procurement team, planning and coordinating the purchasing process for materials, equipment, and services, as well as developing strategies to optimize costs and schedules in accordance with Worley’s processes and procedures. Responsibilities include supplier selection, negotiation, and qualification; purchase order preparation; contract analysis; and logistics—ensuring that all items comply with the project’s technical specifications. Proven experience in supply chain, strategic vision, and team management/coordination capabilities are required. **Supply Chain Manager (SCM)** **Responsibilities** * Management of the *Project Procurement* Team: * Plan, organize, and coordinate the acquisition of materials, equipment, and services for the project; * Manage and coordinate the team clearly and effectively; * Develop supply strategies aimed at optimizing costs and schedules while adhering to company processes and procedures; * Prepare purchase orders; * Select, qualify, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms; * Analyze contracts and monitor delivery timelines for purchased items; * Ensure compliance of materials and equipment with the project’s technical specifications from origin through delivery to the warehouse; * Manage supply chain-related risks; * Manage the discipline’s cash flow; * Manage supplier measurement reports and/or payments; * Monitor and report deviations and changes in the procurement process for project management (CapEx) feedback; resolve logistical and supply issues that may impact project progress; * Collaborate with engineering, planning, and finance teams to ensure quality and feasibility of contracted inputs and services. * Participation in internal and external meetings (including domestic and international travel, if required). **Experience** * Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 10 years of experience; * Management and development of procurement processes for construction and/or electromechanical materials, equipment, and services; * Management/coordination of supply and logistics teams in medium- and large-scale projects. **Competencies and Qualifications** * Strong communication skills; * Teamwork; * Respect for diversity; * Emotional intelligence; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * PowerBI knowledge preferred; * Experience with ERP, CRM, SPM, SAP, or similar systems preferred; * Advanced English: Mandatory. * Intermediate/Advanced Spanish: Preferred.
