





**We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented professional**, capable of planning and executing **corporate events**, strengthening relationships with clients and investors, and actively collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and its projects. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Planning, organizing, and executing **events**: launches, fairs, open houses, activations, etc. (80%-90% primary function in event management) * Development and implementation of **digital and traditional marketing strategies**. * Direct interaction with clients and suppliers, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication. * Logistical coordination of venues, catering, materials, technology, and human resources. * Supporting the marketing team in campaigns related to events, branding, and content creation. * Developing and implementing content strategies and posting schedules on our social media platforms. * Preparing performance reports and analyzing areas for improvement in campaigns, content, and events. * Other duties assigned by their direct supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or role. * Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related fields. * High level of responsibility, autonomy, and attention to detail. * Knowledge of **digital marketing or advertising** (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator). * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (with one day off per week). * Immediate availability. * Initiative and leadership skills. **BENEFITS:** * Competitive salary according to position. * Positive work environment. * Career development opportunities. * Full payroll benefits. * Company events and recreational activities.
