**SALES AND COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVES (LIMA)** **About us** We are a company dedicated to the **sale and distribution of processed poultry**, with over 14 years in the market, recognized for providing fresh, high-quality products to chicken shops, markets, and distributors in Lima. We are seeking to add three committed **Sales and Collections Representatives** to our team, with a winning attitude and strong customer service orientation. **Your mission** Expand our commercial presence in Lima by managing **direct sales and collection follow-ups** with our client portfolio, ensuring long-term and profitable relationships. **Main responsibilities** * Visit and serve customers on route (chicken shops, markets, restaurants, distributors). * Manage orders, close sales, and meet monthly targets. * Carry out and monitor **collections** within established timeframes. * Identify business opportunities and new clients. * Coordinate with production and logistics for timely order deliveries. * Report daily sales and collections to the sales department. **Profile requirements** * Minimum of **1 to two years of experience in sales and collections**, preferably in food, consumer goods, or poultry products. * Field experience / route sales. * Basic knowledge of Excel and digital tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM). * Availability to travel throughout Metropolitan Lima and surrounding districts. * Proactive, results-oriented, with negotiation and follow-up skills. * If you have your own transportation (motorcycle or car), it is a plus and will be compensated with daily mobility allowance. **We offer** · **Base salary \+ attractive commissions.** * Join a growing company with development opportunities. * Ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge. * Excellent work environment and commercial support. **Work location: Metropolitan Lima and districts** Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 09:00 am to 1:00 pm Modality: On-site / field work Ready to join the team?
