**Job Description** **JOIN OUR MONSTER TEAM!** **Sándwiches Monstruos**, with over 50 years of tradition and flavor, is looking for new talents to join our team in Miraflores. **PROFILE: STORE OPERATOR** **\- OPEN POSITIONS:** * **MIRAFLORES (Full Time\- Evening-NIGHT SHIFT)** – * MONDAY\- SUNDAY : 5 PM \-2 AM * TUESDAY\-WEDNESDAY\-THURSDAY : 6PM \-3 AM * FRIDAY AND SATURDAY : 8PM \-5 AM * Monday to Sunday with one day off between Monday to Thursday The day off must be scheduled between Monday and Thursday **RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Customer Service** * Take and deliver orders courteously * Encourage sales and proactively resolve customer inquiries * Communicate clearly and warmly with customers * Perform cash register reconciliation (not essential) **2\. Food Preparation** * Prepare fried foods, work on griddle, assemble sandwiches * Strictly follow hygiene and quality procedures * Maintain speed, organization, and composure under pressure **3\.
