Heavy cargo and goods transportation company at national level via land, is looking for a person for **SYSTEMS MANAGER** **FUNCTIONS** 1\. Responsible for verifying the proper condition and operation of office and site computing equipment. 2\. Responsible for counting and updating the necessary programs for correct use of the company's computers. 3\. Perform backup of office and site machines every fifteen days. 4 . Experience in programming and ERP. 5\. Provide continuous training to staff on computer systems and installations carried out on machines. 6\. Responsible for updating users' email storage capacity. 7\. Control the administration of social media such as website, Facebook, among others. 8\. Responsible for providing support, coordinating user requests and observations regarding the SIDIGE ERP system. 9\. Provide support to staff on the GPS system. 10\. Constantly make proposals for improvements in the company regarding systems, social media and documents. 11\. Assist in developing computer solutions. 12\. Provide general support related to hardware, software and peripherals of laptops, computers and printers in the organization. 13\. Maintain control of documents and required submissions for vehicles and drivers. 14\. Responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring documentation control for personnel/drivers and vehicles: · Manage criminal records · Manage police records · PBIP courses · Port Security Course · Induction and warehouse access passes · Port access passes · Upload SCTR to warehouses and/or ports · Monitor vehicle SOAT validity · Technical inspections · Updated circulation cards, among others · Driver ID expiration · Driver license expiration · Monitor driver points with MTC · Manage printer and coordinate with supplier regarding any malfunctions Keep personnel documentation updated in the company's cloud 15\. Responsible for security and management of cameras at office and site 16\. Carry out, coordinate and resolve internet issues at office and site 17\. Update information on clients (drivers and vehicles) 18\. Create GPS users for clients 19\. Responsible for passing audits and/or Basc recertification for the area 20\. Provide constant support to operations, maintenance and administration areas 21\. Other duties as determined by management **REQUIREMENTS:** 1\. 03 years of experience in this position or similar roles. 2\. Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, graduate student or technician in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. 3\. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other specialized software. 4\. Disciplined, organized, honest and punctual. 5\. Tolerant to working under pressure. 6\. Must reside in areas near Callao or Ventanilla. 7\. Immediate availability. 8\. First three months on RxH contract, then transition to regular payroll. 9\.
