We are seeking an IT Support Technician with knowledge in maintenance, networks, and technical support for staff. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers. * Configure, install, and update operating systems, academic software, and antivirus programs. * Provide on-site technical support to teachers and administrative staff for hardware or software failures. * Monitor and maintain the local network, Wi\-Fi connections, and network equipment (routers). * Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment (PCs, laptops, projectors, network points). * Maintain an updated inventory of technological equipment and its status. * Provide logistical support for institutional events (equipment setup, connections, etc.). **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Computing, Technical Support, Networks, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or computer maintenance (desirable). * Proficiency with Windows operating systems and basic office software (Office, browsers, antivirus). * Knowledge of LAN/WiFi networks, structured cabling, and router configuration. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. * **SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Salary between 1500 to 2000\. * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Immediate payroll inclusion from the first day. * **Workplace: Santa Anita** (Ref.
