Recognition of Divorce Judgment or Exequatur, Central Lima

Peruvians who are abroad can divorce by mutual agreement or for cause, but in order for their divorce to be valid in Peru, they must request recognition of their divorce judgment from the Peruvian Judicial Branch. This request will be processed before a Peruvian judge through a procedure called EXEQUATUR.
