We are BMP, a telecommunications company with over 40 years of presence in the market. **Requirements:** * Graduate of technical or university programs in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of field experience. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Residency in Rímac or Cercado de Lima (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Manage photographic reports and HSE document control for both internal staff and contractors. * Deliver 5-minute safety talks; support field documentation (ATS, PETAR, and inspections). * Responsible for supervising occupational health and safety (OHS) during field activities across the company’s various projects. **Conditions and benefits:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Full payroll registration from day one. * Work location: Cercado de Lima. .
