Requirements: \* Licensed and certified nurse \* Specialist nurse in the Surgical Center (preferred) \* Specialty registration with the College of Nurses of Peru \* Proven work experience \* Experience working in private clinics or hospitals \* Minimum 2 years of experience Main responsibilities: \- Provide specialized surgical nursing care during intraoperative procedures safely, promptly, and efficiently. \- Verify operating room disinfection status and proper functioning of equipment. \- Prepare surgical materials according to scheduled surgeries. Assist surgeons in performing scheduled surgical procedures according to specialty, ensuring adherence to aseptic technique and biosafety standards. \- Perform special procedures by implementing established protocols for safe surgery and patient safety. \- Maintain updated, organized, and properly controlled stock of materials and supplies. \- Manage critically ill surgical patients; provide pre-, intra-, and immediate post-operative care. \- Analytical ability and teamwork skills.
