POSITION: Quality and Process Assistant in Metalworking Production or Related Fields. Functions: \* Monitor Total Quality throughout Production Orders (from start to finish). \* Quality control during transfer from Production to Shipping (delivery of finished products). \* Maintenance of Methods and Time Study database. \* Record and maintain Production ratios (productivity, waste, efficiencies, etc.) \* Develop manuals, forms, and other documents ensuring quality and availability to the organization. \* Continuously train staff on changes in production processes and reinforcement procedures. \* Develop and use indicators that support effective decision-making. \* Perform product validation and traceability. \* Verify order and cleanliness in work areas. \* Ensure scheduled production delivery dates are met by assisting in monitoring and anticipating delays. Knowledge or Education: \- Graduate / Technician / University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Intermediate level in MS Excel. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions is required. \- Availability to work in Chorrillos.
