We are looking for (1) Production Manager, whose objective is: Ensure that manufacturing in the 3 production plants (Sterile, Non-Sterile, and Medical Devices) complies with the current Good Manufacturing Practices Manual. Requirements * Education: Licensed Pharmacist with current professional license. * Specialization: Training or diplomas in production management, quality control, or related fields. * Knowledge: Proficiency in office software tools and familiarity with GMP standards and DIGEMID regulations. Experience * Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical product manufacturing processes. * Desired experience leading 2 to 3 pharmaceutical production plants. Main Responsibilities (can be adapted according to your company) * Approve instructions related to manufacturing operations, in-process controls, and ensure their strict compliance. * Ensure that manufacturing records are signed by the person performing the process. * Comply and enforce the proper execution of processes, verifying strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, safety regulations, and manufacturing procedures and instructions for each stage of the production process. * Responsible for ensuring products are manufactured and stored according to established documentation. * Other responsibilities as assigned to the position.
