A company specializing in Fire Protection Systems, Fire & Gas, Gas Laboratory, Mechanical Ventilation and Environmental Control, Engineering and Projects, and Safety is seeking an **ASSISTANT FOR SERVICES** for Surco. **Requirements**: Ø Female candidate who has completed a technical or university degree in industrial administration, mechanical, mechanical-electrical engineering or related fields (certificate required) Ø Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in (field personnel monitoring, allowances, payments, material requests, invoicing). Ø Intermediate level proficiency in Excel Ø Availability to work on-site in Surco (reference: Ricardo Palma University) from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 11am. **Responsibilities**: Ø Manage and control petty cash. Ø Request allowances, reimbursements, or settlements to the payments department. Ø Monitor and track work orders. Ø File and organize documentation by work order. Ø Prepare purchase requisitions to supply warehouse materials. Ø Record workshop technicians' time and overtime cards in the system.
