**REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer with over 5 years of professional experience. * Minimum 5 years of proven and certified experience as a Pavement Specialist. * Knowledge of pavement design software, applying AASHTO 93 and Airport Standards. * Proficiency in MS PROJECT, Powercost, Microsoft, P6, AutoCAD, and BIM. * Experience in planning, Last Planner, and Lookahead methodologies. * Experience in pavement rehabilitation projects and new construction projects. * Knowledge of PMBOK, BIM, Last Planner, and Lean Construction. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate fieldwork and report progress to supervisors. * Ensure the project is executed within established quality, scope, schedule, and safety parameters. * Optimize the use of equipment, tools, and human resources, ensuring their proper utilization. * Plan and coordinate with on-site personnel as well as subcontractors involved in the project. * Supervise and control the quantity and quality of materials used in construction, coordinating sampling and corresponding testing procedures. * Submit weekly or biweekly progress reports and promptly report any anomalies affecting scope, schedule, quality, or safety of the project. * Manage material requirements and prepare reports on construction progress, quality control, personnel organization, meeting minutes, measurements, and valuations, among other administrative documents. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Social benefits under the microenterprise regime. * Pleasant working environment. * Team-building meetings. * Training opportunities. * Career development path.
