





Calibration company CERTIMET is looking for a PURCHASING INTERN - SAN LUIS. **Requirements**: University student in final cycles or graduate in the field of administration. With or without purchasing experience. Knowledge in supplier registration. Knowledge in purchasing and quotations. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturdays from 8am to 11am in San Luis (reference: behind Videna). **Functions**: Be responsible for all oral or written communication with suppliers, in order to expedite purchasing processes, maintaining in file all issued/received documentation. Report to the administrator the list of non-conforming products and the corresponding management status to validate warranties and return materials to suppliers. Be responsible for evaluating suppliers of critical supplies. Monthly presentation of indicators on actual purchasing process time. Prepare a list of suppliers approved by General Management. Keep supplier database and purchase records up to date. Manage national purchases according to requests from CERTIMET users. Deliver complete and timely invoices and purchase folders to the accounting department. Prepare a list of critical supplies for the laboratory area, verified by the Laboratory Manager. Conduct evaluation, selection, and performance follow-up of suppliers. Contact suppliers to confirm received proformas in order to prepare orders and/or purchase requests. **Salary**: S/1,300 or negotiable depending on experience.
