Benavides 282, Lima 15082 (Cercado de Lima), to ensure proper document and report management and to address customer requests. **What You Will Do:** * Monitor mortgage loan disbursements, maintaining effective communication with bank executives. * Manage customer applications and requests. * Maintain the SPERANT CRM up to date (meeting minutes, validity periods, others) to ensure commercial database integrity. * Coordinate premises delivery with customers. * Coordinate with notaries for public deed signing. * Prepare sales reports for internal control by the Commercial Manager. **Requirements** * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or technical diploma in Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in commercial assistant or sales assistant roles within the real estate or banking sectors. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience using CRM systems Sperant and Evolta. * Availability to work on-site in Cercado de Lima **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity to join a growing company. **Apply now and become part of our commercial team.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
