**REQUIREMENTS** * Completed technical or university studies in administration, economics, industrial engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Experience in fleet management within the mass transportation sector. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position. * Availability to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Record, consolidate, and update vehicle maintenance information, preparing periodic reports on fleet management and performance. * Manage and monitor compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring operational efficiency and safety of vehicles. * Monitor fleet performance indicators (costs, fuel consumption, downtime, performance, among others) to identify improvement and optimization opportunities. * Control and evaluate fleet fuel consumption and performance, reporting deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Prepare quotations related to maintenance, spare parts, and fleet supplies. * Negotiate and coordinate with maintenance, fuel, spare parts, and related service providers, ensuring favorable conditions and warranty compliance. * Prepare fleet management reports including performance indicators, fuel consumption, costs, and operational availability. **BENEFITS** * Immediate payroll inclusion from the first day with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive salary * Biweekly/monthly payments Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,300.00 per month Application questions: * Specify experience in the position * Specify salary expectations * Specify availability to travel * Specify Excel skill level * Specify residential district Work location: On-site
