Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to contribute to planning and ensure agile and secure delivery of containers within logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of containers and Big Bags At **LOGISMINSA**, a logistics company providing comprehensive optimization solutions for **Mineral Concentrates**, we aim to identify talents to join our team as **Temporary Warehouse Operations Assistant** at our Ventanilla location. ✅ **Job Mission:** Support planning for handling full and empty containers, ensuring availability and agile, secure, and timely delivery in processes including receipt of full and empty containers, consolidation of containers with big bags, and dispatch of containers to port. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with security personnel for vehicle entry. * Verify that container labels do not indicate hazardous material loading and that containers are in good condition. * Supervise and coordinate container operations (full and empty) with staff. * Submit progress reports to supervisors. * Inspect the condition of containers arriving at and departing from our Temporary Warehouse. * Coordinate with forklift operators for loading big bags into containers. * Coordinate with customs agencies and supervisory staff for container sealing after loading. * Take photos of full and empty containers, recording seal numbers on the appropriate form. * Coordinate with the Mineral Concentrates Warehouse department for resources required for lining operations. * Verify lining operations and task progress with assigned personnel. * Manage platform entry during container dispatch operations. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Customs, International Trade, or related professional field. **Experience:** * 1 year of experience as assistant, checker, or inspector at a temporary warehouse. **Schedule:** Availability to work Monday through Saturday (rotating shifts): * \* 07:00 am – 04:00 pm * \* 03:00 pm – 11:00 pm * \* 10:00 pm – 07:00 am * Availability to work overtime on Sundays and/or holidays **Benefits** * Enrollment in the General Payroll System from day one. * EPS health insurance covered at 50%. * 100% company-covered meals. * Commuting service from Northern Lima (San Diego) and Ventanilla (Inca Kola bus stop). * Laundry service. * Birthday leave day. * Professional growth opportunities.
