We are currently seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant with the following profile: Responsibilities: \- Execute the full recruitment and selection process from start to finish. \- Post job openings on various employment platforms. \- Conduct phone screenings and schedule candidate interviews. \- Perform psychological evaluations on candidates (psychometric and projective tests). \- Manage document processing with candidates for contract signing. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Psychology. \- One year of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for sales positions. \- Knowledge of psychological assessment tools (desirable). \- Immediate availability to work in Surco (on-site).
