**REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university studies in Accounting, Financial Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in office tools: Microsoft Office (intermediate level) and email. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Treasury or Accounting areas, or in similar roles. * Familiarity with physical and digital filing systems. * Knowledge of petty cash management, payment control, bank reconciliations, and voucher issuance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record, control, and schedule accounts payable. * Validate supporting documents for disbursements according to established processes and formats. * Receive invoices from the accounting department along with all corresponding supporting documents to carry out the payment registration and control process. * Follow up, record, and control accounts payable. * Report weekly on payment obligations. * Digitize payments made to suppliers, worker payrolls, and/or employee payments for updating and controlling digital files. * Archive company disbursements in an orderly and sequential manner. * Record payments made. * Send payment confirmations to suppliers and internal departments. * Organize documents and provide administrative support. * Manage petty cash and prepare the petty cash status report. * Issue vouchers. * Process voucher and expense settlements. * Handle inquiries from internal and external users. **Soft Skills** * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility in handling funds. * Proactiveness and ability to resolve payment issues. * Teamwork and willingness to coordinate tasks with other departments.
