Our people make the difference in our success. **Type of Contract:** Regular (Undefined) **What are we looking for?** * Coordinate, prepare, and analyze tracking reports on VISA and Mastercard expense management to ensure compliance with savings targets. * Coordinate and execute GPS operations (provisions, reclassifications, distributions, etc.). * Identify key billing drivers for VISA and Mastercard invoices to ensure appropriate procedures. * Coordinate and/or execute budget consolidation and projections for the Bank/areas/products related to Commission lines. * Handle and/or coordinate responses to commercial teams' inquiries related to Commissions. * Address internal audit and internal control requirements. * Support coordination in co-creating analytics and reports impacting commissions for business areas. * Prepare presentations on performance results and improvements for relevant committees and meetings. * Manage continuous improvement of processes within their area of responsibility. * Lead the team and ensure delivery of assigned deliverables. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor and drive continuous role improvement. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in systems engineering, industrial engineering, economics, or related fields. * 5-7 years of experience in commission-related or profitability topics. * Knowledge of commission management: monitoring, analytics, forecasting, or related areas. * Knowledge of legal commissions and individual customer commissions. * Financial knowledge. * Knowledge of commission accounting. * Familiarity with Visa and Mastercard ecosystems (valued). * Knowledge of SQL and/or Python. * Experience creating high-impact presentations. * Soft skills: analytical ability, information exploitation, relationship-building at all levels, empowerment, leadership, accountability, or similar. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to achieve a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
